Having Trouble Staying Raw, It May Not Be Your Fault

Are you having trouble staying 100% raw, it may not be your fault? It may be due to a lack of support from friends, family, television, movies, commercials, society and the extremely addictive nature of cooked food.

I realize how difficult it might be for you to go raw and to stay raw. I struggled for five years going back and forth between a 50% raw food diet and 100% raw. The temptations are truly everywhere. You go and shop for food and you can't avoid the smell of cooked food. The smell really entices someone who just turned raw. The delicious aroma of cooked food, the site of someone else enjoying it and the fact that you can't eat it anymore, can drive just about anyone crazy.

Is it any wonder you find it hard to stay raw? Logically you may realize going 100% raw is the best thing for you. But humans are not ruled by logic but by desire. We aren't Vulcans or androids. So don't blame yourself if you haven't been able to stick to the raw food diet. It's not your fault. All the odds are stacked against you.

Your family certainly doesn't want you to stay raw. Your friends don't want you to stay raw. We live in a cooked food culture. Cooked food is worshipped and deep emotions from an early age are tied in to eating cooked food. You're mother or grandmother doesn't want to stop making you her favorite (and your former favorite) cooked food dish.

Compare this with someone trying to give up smoking. Everyone knows that smoking can cause cancer and other hideous diseases. Therefore, when you want to quit smoking you're more likely to get support from family and friends. They want you to quit. And it's much easier to avoid cigarette smoke than it is to avoid cooked food.

The same is true when it comes to drug abuse or being an alcoholic. At least with these substances your friends, family and society will fully support you in breaking these addictions. Unless of course, your friends and family members are also addicted to these harmful substances. But I think you get what I mean.

Together we can take aim at the pervasive and addictive nature of cooked food. We can vanquish the hidden enemies of your health, happiness and fulfillment.

Experiencing the radiant health, happiness, energy, youthfulness and the 40 other life revolutionizing benefits of going raw is much easier than you may think. But you have to have the right knowledge and the right support. By becoming a member of www.HowToGoRaw.com you'll have all the tools you need to break free of cooked food addiction.

Even if you've had a hard time giving up sugary desserts or other health destroying foods in the past, even if you don't have any willpower whatsoever, together we can destroy the monster of cooked food addiction that's sending you to an early grave.

The addiction busting techniques I teach in my books and audios don't require willpower, only a strong desire to experience the health and happiness miracles that the raw food diet gives. You bring me a desire to be thin and healthy and I can make you raw. It's as simple as refocusing your desires in the right direction.

I bet you'd really love to unleash the superbeing inside of you, if only you could continue to eat cooked food. Well I've got news for you, that ain't gonna happen. But we can do the next best thing. We can get you to the point where you love eating raw food and you despise what eating cooked food does to your health, happiness and appearance.

Yes, cooked food might always taste good, but once you've been raw for a long time, the taste and the smell of cooked food can't attract you. Why? Because you know from repeated experiences how much damage cooked food has done to your health.

This is easiest to tell for someone who has been 100% raw for at least two months. When you go back to cooked food, you notice changes in your health immediately. Your body will tell you that it prefers to eat raw foods. Who wants to give up a virtually disease free life? Who wants to look 15 to 20 years older? Who wants to be fatter and to have big puffy bags under your eyes?

Who wants to go from feeling like they are twenty years old to having arthritis in a matter of hours? Who wants to go from smooth and regular bowel movements to instant constipation? Who wants to go from perfect gums to a gum infection overnight? All of these things have happened to me when I experimented with going back to cooked food after having been raw for a very long time. I'm not the only raw foodist who's experienced things like this.

It's an incredible shock to go back to cooked food. You lose so many benefits that you quickly realize it isn't worth it.

And one of the funniest things of all is that in most cases the cooked food does not taste nearly as good as you thought it would taste. Plus everything seems so incredibly dry. You actually crave eating fruit but you know you have to wait until the next day because the fruit will ferment if you try to eat it while you have loads of cooked food digesting in your stomach.

It's this understanding coupled with the knowledge that you really enjoy eating raw foods that makes you desperately want to stay raw for the rest of your life.

Going raw doesn't have to be a struggle. You simply have to understand how to push the right psychological buttons. You can literally eliminate cooked food cravings by 90% in under 10 seconds, if you have the right knowledge.

There are several pitfalls and landmines on the road to going 100% raw. That is why you need a guide, someone you can ask questions. A book or an audio program can't answer your questions. But an expert raw food diet success coach can. An expert motivator can help you to learn how to push all the right buttons. He can help you gain the 100% raw food diet frequency.

Everything in life is a frequency, when you learn to tune into the Raw Food Diet radio station WRFD you'll stay raw effortlessly. Do you think it takes me any willpower to stay raw? It's a habit for me. It's something I do every day.

And that's what you need to do, you need to gain the habits and mindset of a successful raw foodist. Once you're in that mindset, staying raw will be pure pleasure, it'll be as easy and automatic as taking a walk in the park.

I invite you experience the new life and higher vibration that going raw will give you. It doesn't matter that the holidays are coming up; when you decide you want to take charge of your health, you could go raw while you're in the middle of a Thanksgiving feast. You have incredible power; you are a Divine being, why not treat your body as the temple instead of a trash can.

Come and join me and the other members at www.HowToGoRaw.com and we'll help you to go raw and love it, for the rest of your life.

To Your Radiant Health, Happiness, Fitness and Freedom, Roger Haeske

Hi

Do you back a low fat raw food diet? I want to know if that is the direction you would help me go toward. I would like to sign up but would like the answer to this first. Thank you

Roger @ 11:30 pm

Yes I support the low fat raw food diet. Not the high fat, Hollywood or Atkins Raw kind of diets.

Cheers, Roger
