Two Ways to Get Ripped by Writing

I bet you didn’t know you could melt excess fat by writing but it’s true.

Just so you know, I’m not talking about doing some kind of crazy writing exercise with your pen that makes you sweat. Though I’ll have to think about that one…

But there are some writing based activities that will magnify and multiply your motivation to have a Greek God(dess) body like nothing else.

For instance…

1. People who kept a daily food diary lost more than twice as much weight as those who did not record their food.

Why do you think this would work so well?

It’s because “writing creates awareness.” And writing creates focus.

When you daily write down what you’re eating, you become acutely aware of what you’re eating.

Whereas before when you weren’t monitoring you’d just shove anything down your mouth “without thinking” and that can lead to an extra 500 to 1,000 calories per day of junk food easily.

But when you write down or even track your foods and nutrients in a free site like you become AWARE of what you’re eating.

And it does something else even more powerful. It challenges you to improve upon what you’ve been doing.

Whatever you wrote down the first day, the next day you’ll naturally want to do better.

It turns blubber removal into a fun game for you because now you have very specific goals for yourself.

Even Karmyn mentioned to me that she eats way less food when she enters her daily food intake into I’ve noticed the exact same thing myself.

2. Start a Daily Exercise Journal

Ok, the same exact principles apply. Writing down daily your exercises acts as a unconscious goal setting device. You just naturally want to improve.

You’ll want to do more reps, or use heavier resistance or improve your time. And all of this is much more powerful by putting it in writing.

In fact, this can turn exercise into a game. I found this works really well with my Push-Up Blaster Program —

I’m always trying to beat my personal best when using the Muscle Blaster X based exercise. I literally have years of exercise journals. And just for the fun of it, I gradually try to improve my results.

It’s not always a steady line up, sometimes I have to take time off or I may get an injury. But whatever I did the day before, I want to beat.

Same holds true for doing other kinds of exercises. The past couple of days I’ve been focusing on doing Lightning Aerobics — which is my proprietary way of doing aerobics that builds muscle and increases energy levels dramatically.

Yesterday I notated how long it took to do that routine. It took me about 27 minutes (this included the fact that I was writing down some ideas in-between and checking email). So today, I shot for doing the routine much faster. Basically less breaks.

I also ended up increasing the difficulty and I finished it in 20 minutes and 36 seconds instead of about 27 minutes. Much of this Lightning Aerobics routine was focused on doing the Bigity Butt Shrinking exercises.

For me they’re just muscle builders. I’m not trying to shrink my rear but get it super toned.

Man are my legs feeling like logs today. But that tells me that I’m doing some serious work.

In closing those are the two ways to get ripped by writing. Keep a daily food and exercise journal and watch how your excess body butter starts dripping in large puddles on the floor.
