Worse Than Sugar For Candida Victims

If you suffer with candida albicans overgrowth or a yeast infection or know somebody who does, this tip from Dr. Jennifer Daniels the creator of the Candida Cleaner may be all you need kick the candida scum out of your life for good.

Did you know there’s a food far worse than sugar in terms of aggravating candida problems? You’ll learn exactly what it is below.

Just this tip alone if followed to the letter will fully eliminate the candida problems of at least 90 to 95% or more of the people who use it.

In fact, dropping this one food (for a short time) dramatically improved my systemic candida overgrowth years ago.

Below is a question from a customer and Dr. Daniels answer.

After the candida is cleared up using the candida cleaner does the doctor recommend nuts, seeds, avocados, and some high quality oils like olive oil? What about beans after candida is cleared up?

Dr. Daniels Answer:

Your question is a very good one. After a decade of recommending “good” oils, I discovered that healing was greatly facilitated and candida stopped in its tracks when ALL oils were stopped. I now understand that whole foods heal and refined fats of all kinds are detrimental and promote candida.

I discovered this when I gave up all fats for 3 months and experienced resolution of a multitude of annoying conditions.

Nuts, seeds and avocados are okay in small amounts each day (maximum 1/4 cup nuts/seeds OR 1/2 avocado).

(NOTE from Roger: I’ve spoken to Dr. Daniels and she has stated that no more than 10% to 15% of your total caloric intake should come from fatty foods. Depending if you’re male or female, how big and active you are that could mean a higher or lower quantity of avocado, nuts or seeds.)

Beans are okay on a weekly or seasonal basis. If they are eaten daily or several times a day, then they can cause candida recurrence. This happens because the skins of the beans are not digested by human enzymes and thus remain as parasite food.

As for “good” fats like olive oil or coconut oil, I now advise using them topically. Topical use of oils allows your body to absorb them directly, bypassing the gut and the candida. This means that you get the benefits without encouraging candida. Essential fats like flax can be obtained from the flax seed.

So there you have it a simple solution to your candida problems. Simply stop eating any overtly fatty foods including, nuts, seeds, avocados, coconuts and oils for three months.

And stay away from those smelly gas producing beans.

Now if you want to speed up the process and kick out stubborn candida virtually overnight, then I highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Daniels program “The Candida Cleaner.”

Below you can hear my interview with Dr. Daniels entitled “The Medical Mafia and the Candida Cleaner.” What she reveals about the medical profession as an insider is just shocking. You’ll never look at your doctor in the same way again.

Once you prepare your body with the first 4 steps (5-steps in the total program) many candida victims feel complete relief with just 2 uses of the Candida Cleaner. I’m talking in about 4-days.

So stop pondering your navel and start ridding yourself of the modern day PLAGUE of CANDIDA.

I hope you found the information in today’s email really useful in eradicating the scourge of candida albicans from your life.

P.S. Did you know that excess candida can actually mimic signs of aging. Lots of those so called aches and pains of aging have nothing to do with getting older at all. They’re just signs that candida is eating you from the inside out and reeking havoc in your immune system.

  1. I am curious about whole eggs (raw or cooked)? They have fat content but they are so full of nutrients and fat burning omegas that I feel one should have them in their diet. However, they have fat content and I wonder if this is bad while on your candida diet.

  2. Does glycine feed Candida ? I’m trying to heal leaky gut as well as Candida and was going to try glutamine (it contains glycine as well)

      • As for the glycine feeding candida. I likely wouldn’t supplement with it. But it is an amino acid found in natural foods and foods that I ate in abundance when I beat my own candida problem years ago.
