Are These Raw Food Diet Misconceptions Keeping You Cooked?
Reminder for the FREE Teleseminar / Webcast I'm holding tonight at 7pm Eastern Time (GMT-5)
Title: Are These Raw Food Diet Misconceptions Keeping You Cooked?
This should be a kickbut time tonight. I've received over 50 fantastic questions so far. Unfortunately I simply won't be able to cover all of them in just one hour. But I'll do my best to get as many of them answered as possible.
You won't want to miss it…
I'm going to be addressing some really controversial questions. Even some stuff about me. This should be really good. Your questions are awesome.
I'm also going to share some results from the survey. Now I know the number one issue facing people trying to go raw.
In order for you to access the teleseminar page, you need to fill out my Raw Food Diet Survey first. It should take you less than 10 minutes to do so. Here's the link to it:
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=j_2bFJzAbQdnrJPVNmM5cXtw_3d_3d
If you haven't bookmarked the page for the teleseminar but you've already filled out the survey, then all you have to do is click on the link above and it will automatically forward you to the teleseminar info page. You'll also be able to listen directly over the Internet from that page.
If you are still having problems, send me your question at my Customer Support Helpdesk:
http://www.MagicQuestions.com/support
If you wish to actually ask me questions directly by talking to me, you need to be listening to the call from a telephone line. I may open up the lines near the end of the call for additional questions.
I'm also preparing a very special surprise for people who stay on the whole call. So make sure you listen for the whole hour so you can get access to this surprise. It's something I've never done before and may never do again.
I look forward to having you on the call.
To Your Radiant Health, Happiness, Fitness and Freedom, Roger Haeske
P.S. In case you missed it, I highly recommend you listen to the twelve minute audio which is on yesterdays post to the blog. It seems to have inspired many of you to go for it.

Hi…. I've been going through a bout with hyperuricemia–otherwise known as "gout"… (I've known I've had this condition for a long time, that's why I appreciate your blogs and emails!)
Because humans cannot adequately digest or process proteins well, some of the byproducts of this lack of digestive ability can become uric acid–which if in too high of a concentration in your blood can crystallize in your joints (usually joints that take a lot of beating–namely your toes, feet, and knees). When the uric acid crystallizes in your joints, those needle-sharp crystals start ripping into the surrounding muscles and tissue–thus creating the extreme pain and swelling… this pain and swelling is increased by inflamation caused by an increase in white blood cells (leukocytes) that attack not only the "foreign matter" but also the already injured cells. Extremely painful. No known cure–other than eating a lot of fresh black cherries, celery, broccoli, and other vegetables and fruits –pineapples contain bromelain–an enzyme that's useful in breaking down protein; papapyas contain papain–another enzyme that's useful in breaking down proteins, and then there are mangos–also full of enzymes that are good at breaking down proteins. All of these fruits are better for you than eating meat or other cooked foods.
So… again, thanks for your emails and blogs on "raw eating"– they make folks more aware of the alternatives to their eating (and makes them healthier as well!)
Regards,
Dave

Raw foods are the secrets to health. The typical American diet is dead and totally devoid of all enzymes and enzymes are the catalyst for health.
I really do want a vitamix though, it makes a big difference in making raw foods quickly.
