If you missed the controversial part 1 you can read it here:
Juan Valdez and Mind Control (Part 1)
And here’s the followup email responding to some comments from Part 1:
News and John Thinks I’m Puritanical
In fact, my last email was so controversial that my email autoresponder account was hacked today. I initially lost over 5,000 email addresses of subscribers. But luckily have been able to restore them all.
I definitely pissed off a few people with my less than politically correct comments and it looks like someone wanted revenge.
Also make sure to check the P.S. of this email for something you might not expect from me.
Anyways, the first four paragraphs below are from part 1 to give context.
“Juan Valdez and Mind Control (Part 2)”
What if from early childhood you saw your mother, father, grand parents, cousins and friends whipping themselves on the head and other body parts from time to time and then smiling?
What if you had whipping breaks at work?
What if whipping yourself on the face was something you saw done every day by the teacher in school and you saw it daily on different television shows?
Do you think maybe, just maybe, that whipping yourself on various body parts was the cool, wholesome and healthy thing to do?
Drinking coffee is just as bad if not actually much worse to the health of your body than whipping yourself on the head and other parts of the body.
It’s like whipping your body the way you would whip a race horse to run faster. Only thing is you can’t see the whip because it’s whipping you from the inside out, but it’s there and doing lots of damage.
But you’d never know that from the commercials that associate good feelings and good flavor and good times with coffee.
Here are just some of the many problems associated with coffee drinking. I’ve taken some quotes from a number of different sources for you to get a TASTE of the real dangers of coffee consumption.
Although caffeine consumption provides temporary stimulation, regular caffeine intake may actually lead to chronic fatigue. While mice fed one dose of caffeine demonstrated significant increases in their swimming capacity, when the dose of caffeine was given for six weeks, a significant decrease in swimming capacity was observed. Encyclopedia Of Natural Medicine by Michael T Murray MD Joseph L Pizzorno ND, page 368
Almost all of the research that has been done on caffeine agrees that it is definitely physically addictive. It is a mood-altering central nervous system stimulant. Though milder in its effects, caffeine manipulates the same neurochemical channels that amphetamines, cocaine, and heroin do. Overuse of caffeine can result in a variety of symptoms, including irregular heartbeat, sleeplessness, headaches, nervousness, tremors, irritability, and depression. Withdrawing from heavy caffeine use can cause symptoms, too, principally a nagging headache that is unaffected by aspirin or other over-the-counter painkillers, as well as fatigue, muscle pain, lethargy, and feelings of depression. To break a caffeine addiction, therefore, it is best to cut down gradually to avoid an uncomfortable withdrawal period. Prescription For Dietary Wellness by Phyllis A Balch, page 230
Caffeine has been known to raise blood-cholesterol levels, deplete B vitamins, irritate the stomach and bladder, exhaust the adrenals, and possibly lead to breast and prostate problems. Off The Shelf Natural Health How To Use Herbs And Nutrients To Stay Well By Mark Mayell, page 112
The adrenal exhaustion/stress/fatigue/hypoglycemia syndrome is tied to caffeine use as well. Caffeine has an overall effect of increasing blood sugar (especially when it is sweetened), as it stimulates the adrenals. Both stress and sugar use tend to pressure and weaken the adrenal function. Recovery from the resulting fatigue requires rest, stress reduction, and sugar avoidance, but caffeine can override this fatigue and restimulate the adrenals. This process can eventually lead to chronic fatigue, adrenal exhaustion, and subsequent inability to handle stress and sugar intake. Caffeine will then be of little help. Staying Healthy With Nutrition by Elson M Haas MD, page 942
Caffeine does not provide energy, only chemical stimulation. The perceived “energy” comes from the body’s struggle to adapt to increased blood levels of stress hormones. In most cases, this induced emergency state leads to well-defined side effects collectively known as caffeinism. Ironically, caffeinism is characterized by fatigue. Caffeine Blues By Stephen Cherniske MS, page 10
Let’s face it, remaining healthy and strong throughout life is a battle. Caffeine is the Trojan horse. It looks like a gift but instead delivers adrenal stress, low blood sugar, mood and energy swings, fatigue, depression, malnutrition, and disturbed sleep. By now, you are starting to see the full scope of how caffeine affects the quality of life. Caffeinism is a gradual and at first imperceptible disorder. Caffeine Blues By Stephen Cherniske MS, page 94
I can tell you this… coffee isn’t giving you energy. That’s an illusion. Just like whipping a horse doesn’t give it energy.
Eventually if you keep whipping the horse it won’t run any faster and will start getting slower and slower until it collapses even though it’s in incredible pain from the whipping.
Once you realize that coffee does NOT give you energy, you can start looking for a REAL and NATURAL way to increase your horsepower.
Are you starting to see this society wide very subtle form of mind control?
They get you through peer pressure and trying to be normal. For many people drinking coffee is a right of passage into adulthood. This is the power of culture “right or wrong” to influence people.
And it’s not just with coffee that this is done or even foods.
In any case, if it involves drinking coffee then I definitely do NOT want to be normal. I’d rather stay a teanajer and never have my right of BS passage by drinking coffee.
Normal does not in any way mean healthy or as if something’s the right thing to do. But most people mix that up.
It’s lucky for me that as a youth (thanks to the help of my parents — http://rogerhaeske.com/?p=1512) I’d already decided that I’d never be a regular coffee drinker.
How is it that in 1973 my parents already knew coffee was bad for us and yet people today are actually thinking coffee could be good for us?
Personally, I didn’t want to take the chance that I’d get addicted to coffee and I was warned of its dangers and addictive nature by my parents.
So even though I saw all of the commercials and saw everyone else doing it, I had coffee immunity. I also had no desire to ever smoke cigarettes or do drugs because of my parents.
There is an healthy alternative to coffee and to greater energy. But it’s not a magic bullet.
You still need to SLEEP.
No matter what, if you don’t get enough sleep you can’t fix that by drinking coffee. Drinking coffee only means you’ll need even more sleep and more nutrients to make up for all you lost by drinking the coffee.
Coffee doesn’t give you a phree ride. You’ll be paying the piper soon enough.
Not to mention the fact that coffee is highly acidic. This means it robs your body of alkaline minerals from your skeleton to keep your blood at a healthy pH. And of course, this can lead to osteoporosis.
Coffee drinking is a slow road to death and disease and the fast road to poor mental, emotional and physical performance.
Did you know that people die have died from caffeine overdoses?
This review is from: Confessions of a Caffeine Addict (Paperback) Marina Kushner has compiled and edited this book, Confessions of a Caffeine Addict. The stories are serious and make one think about the caffeine one is consuming.
There are 40 individual stories from anonymous abusers of caffeine. After much research Kushner also found there were more than 73,000 caffeine overdoses in children and adolescents between 1989 and 2005. Of those, 227 cases were severe and 29 children died, according to her research into statistics from the American Association of Poison Control Centers. This is scary and awakening information! However, one must realize that some of these caffeine abuses were after a child, tween or teen actually drank those caffeine drinks like Red Bull, Monster and all those power-high caffeine laded drinks that is really like drinking three to four cups of coffee at one time.
And this is something really interesting I just found out. These days they’re putting caffeine into potato chips.
You’ve got to be really careful these days.
If you want to be normal or average then drink coffee like the rest of the sheople and slowly suffer in your self-created Hell.
But if you want something more out of life, if you don’t care so much what other people do.
And if you want to live the happiest and most fulfilling life possible.
Then you can be one of the elite on this planet. Someone who actually cares and loves their own body more than trying to fit in with the crowd.
To me those are the coolest people around. And I’m glad to know MANY such wonderful people.

I hope you really think about what I’m saying here in these past 2 emails. This mass brainwashing tool is being used against you constantly.
They use peer pressure to ridicule people into the so called proper behavior. It’s used to control you politically as well.
Keep an eye out for it and stay strong.
To Your Radiant Health, Happiness, Energy and Infinite POWER,
The “Almost” 44-Year Old Teanajer
P.S. It’s my 44th birthday on June 24th. For me here in Hawaii it’s still the 23rd. Were I living in my old home on the East Coast in NJ I’d be 44 by now.
I’m looking forward to the most amazing day in my life. I somehow think this is going to blow away by tenfold any birthday I’ve ever had. I feel an incredible power and light welling up inside of me.
Maybe I can share more about what’s going on in a future email. In short, I feel I’m getting a birthday present from Heaven.
And it’s already coming my way as I type this…
