(The other sheriff was fired for sleeping on the job and being drunk all of the time. LOL)

The old way of eating low fat raw while it had many advantages also caused a lot of problems.
One of the biggest problems was having to constantly eat sweet, sweet and more sweet foods to get enough calories.
Many a raw foodist has been sweeted out or fruited out sending them straight back to cooked foods.
And not only that but many people have found it hard to lower the fat levels in their diet to 10% or less.
Though my recommendation is about 15% or less.
Anyways… the point is, I found a way to make going low fat a pleasure instead of a punishment. You may actually prefer eating low fat raw. I know I do now that I’ve figured this stuff out.
(No, it’s not about willpower but great tasting, savory, high carb food.)
And it’s a more nutrient balanced way of eating raw.
