Busting a “Low Fat Raw” Sacred Cow

This afternoon a friend of ours came over to pay us a visit.

He’s been a raw foodist for over 9 years now. And he currently follows a Low Fat Raw Food Diet.

Well today we had him try a food he’s never eaten raw before.

He didn’t even think you could eat it raw but he did.

When I brought that food out, I only cut some up for myself and a sample for my friend to try. But as soon as Andrew and Rainbow saw that food they were fighting over pieces of it. We ended up eating a lot more of it.

The only preparation we did was to cut into thin slices. And then later we also started peeling it and then cutting into thin slices.

But actually you can just bite into it without any preparation whatsoever.

My friend was totally surprised at how delicious this food was.

And it is a rich source of carbohydrates, low in fat and yet it’s not a fruit.

Heck, you don’t even have to worry about having to ripen it and you can store it for long periods of time without it going bad.

Plus it saves a lot of time when it comes to shopping. If you only ate this food as a carbohydrate you could easily just go shopping once a month.

This is a wonderful raw food that is savory, sweet and crunchy at the same time.

It’s also relatively cheap per calorie.

But yet if you learned how to eat raw following Natural Hygiene principles or The 80/10/10 Diet way you’d have completely ignored this food as something unsuitable for human consumption.

Fruit as the only source of carbohydrates is their sacred cow.

Well that’s a BIG bunch of bunk.

And by eating this savory raw carbohydrate you can easily beat the dreaded fruited out syndrome. Because it isn’t fruit but yet you can easily make a full meal from eating just this food.

Alright I know you want to know what this cool food is.

And I’m going to reveal it to you right now.

It’s the “lowly” sweet potato.

It’s only low because it grows underground, but I can assure you it’s a raw food powerhouse.

Yes you can eat it raw and it’s delicious as it is without any preparation.

It’s just one of 10 savory raw carb sources you’ll learn about in our upcoming recipe book – Savory Raw Carbs. Of course, we do have delicious recipes you can make with RAW sweet potato.

And for the time being the only way to get Savory Raw Carbs will be in our upcoming program…

“The Fruited Out Formula – How to Eliminate Cooked Food Cravings and Fruited Out Syndrome in 15-Minutes or Less”

I’ll let you know more about this program in the coming days. We almost have it ready for you.

Just a few more things to do.

It should be ready sometime this week.

The easiest way to avoid being fruited out is to stop eating so much fruit. And I’m going to show you exactly how to do that in “The Fruited Out Formula”.
