Each time someone joins the “Lazy Pig – 30-Day Body Transformation” program the price will increase a little bit automatically. I’m using a new system which allows dimesales so I figured I’d try it out.

If you need more details then you’re going to have to wait until I have them all ready for you. And when it’s ready the price will increase significantly and suddenly but still be well worth it.

Because this program will involve a lot of my time.

This is not going to be some cheap e-book.

I’m going to be working with you personally and as part of a group. I’m going to help motivate you and keep you accountable.

Even with this super lazy fitness system you’ll get MUCH better results if you stay accountable to your coach.  That’s just human nature. So why not use it to your advantage?

You’ll choose the goals you want to achieve. This is a customized program based on your needs, goals and fitness level.

  • Increase the number of push-ups, pull-ups, chin-ups, squats, bench press reps etc. they can do in a row

If you judge this program simply by reading it you may feel underwhelmed. It’s so easy, so simple that most people with conventional fitness training would think it couldn’t work.

Most people these days think you need to feel pain to improve their fitness. But they’d be 100% dead wrong.

In fact, if you feel pain you’re doing something wrong.

In truth training to failure is one of the biggest numbnut mistakes personal trainers are teaching all across the globe.

You literally can get stronger MUCH faster by NEVER EVER training to failure or exhaustion.


Well one reason is that you’ll be able to exercise each and every day. No need to take off three days after your workout. You’ll literally double or triple your former workout volume while reducing muscle soreness dramatically.

Of course, you have to know how to do this right because too little or too much will slow down your results.

** Do I Need Any Exercise Equipment? **

You won’t need any special exercise equipment or a gym membership for the Lazy Pig System.

Unless of course you want to improve your pull ups or chin ups. Then you can get a $30.00 pull-up bar (Iron Gym is one brand) that you stick in your doorway. But this is optional.

All of the exercises we’ll be using are body weight exercises that are magical for building functional real world strength and creating a beautiful body at the same time.

Of course, you can also do these exercises at a gym if you like going to the gym.

  1. I am interested in this, but I already have lightening fast fitness, which I keep threatening to use. I used to use it a few years ago, but hurt myself,(muscles in the chest area), doing more than I needed to. I should have tried the easy sissy push-up, but I was going for the slightly harder and sometimes the actual military push ups. I got out of using LFF, but lately I have been doing the squats because I have turned into a 59 year old, woman with stiff muscles and more flabby limbs. So all that to say, if this is just a variation on the LFF, do I really need to “buy” it? An if so I want to pay before it starts going up, up, up.

    This is NOT the Lightning Speed Fitness Program.

    In fact, you can do the Lazy Pig System with any exercise of your choice.

    This system addresses the most efficient way to exercise regardless of the exercise that you use.

    It makes exercise fun and reduces injuries to practically nothing. It just makes it so much easier to stick to your fitness program and this in itself helps you get results.

    But this is better than other programs so along with being consistent you should see rapid improvements in your body over the course of 30-days.

    And of course, I’ll be helping all participants to reach their body transformation goals during the 30-days this program runs.

    The fact is, most people need to be held accountable for them to really follow through on a fitness program. Even though the Lazy Pig is super easy, I believe most people will get way better results with coaching, motivation and accountability added to the mix.


  3. Is there any chance to learn about the lazy pig system without joining the 30-day program? Cant follow programs like this because of fibromyalgia after being hit by a car 20 years ago. But am always searching for very simple systems that could give abit exercise without getting the typical pains.

    • Yes I may at some point release this information as a separate training without the support and accountability. But I’m not sure when.

    • Sometime later today Sunday, March 9, 2014 is the goal. I still have a few things to finish up before it is ready for release.
