This may sound like it’s impossible…
But it sure as hellfire is totally true.
Today I got a full upper and lower body workout done in just 4 minutes and 21 seconds.
And that quick and easy routine also worked my abs and core to boot.
Plus I never strained, worked hard or even came close to breaking a sweat.
What’s even crazier is that this was the total time for the workout including the rest periods.
I got a little secrit on that which I’ll spill in a moment.
All I did was use 3 amazing body weight exercises.
1. Chin-ups – For biceps, shoulders, lats and abs
2. Handstand Push-ups – For shoulders, core, back, triceps, lats, traps
3. The Lightning Speed Exercise – For legs, butt and cardio
The key though is that I did them using the Lazy Pig – Speed Strength System. That’s why I was able crank the workout out in no time flat.
What if you can’t do handstand push ups or chin ups?
You can do ANY exercise with the Lazy Pig System. You can even do this with wall or knee push-ups.
Karmyn is doing the Lazy Pig with half push-ups and getting a lot stronger. For instance, she started with doing quarter push ups but has since gotten stronger. She also uses the Lazy Pig System with hill sprints on a treadmill or doing the skiing machine. As well as doing it with planks.

One of the reasons the Lazy Pig workout is so quick is because it doesn’t even require you to rest after a set of exercises. Though you can do it with rest periods as well.
Another reason is that it incorporates body weight exercises that work a whole contingent of muscle groups in a single exercise. This saves a boatload of time.
This 4 minute and 21 second workout I did today will produce the same results or better than a typical 20 minute workout at the gym.
Plus you don’t have waste time or money going to the gym.
And you don’t risk injury from doing unnatural isolation exercises on machines.
Will all your Lazy Pig workout days only take 4 minutes and 21 seconds to complete?
Honestly, probably not.
Some days will actually take less time and some will take more — especially as you progress.
Yet you can absolutely see a MAJOR body transformation from a maximum of just 3 minutes a day for 30 days.
It really depends on a number of factors including your current fitness level. The more out of shape you are the shorter these workouts will initially be.
So if you thought 4 minutes and 21 seconds was short then think again because I’m already in pretty darn good shape.
