How to Make the Hottest Summer Days Feel Like Spring
While Actually Reducing Your Electric Bill
I've stumbled upon a natural way to do the most intense workouts directly in the sweltering summer sun while staying cooler than anyone else I know. In fact, it's not just good for workouts. It's also works for dramatically lowering my electric bill in the summer because I barely need or want to use the air conditioner.
I actually feel about 7 to 10 degrees cooler than I used to. And best of all, this technique is like the ultimate internal sunblock and skin cancer protection. It actually protects me from burning and it can do the same for you as it has for thousands of others.
Don't miss a word of this…
The other day in the sweltering heat, I challenged the Sun to a three round fitness match and I won hands down. I did some super intense workouts in the hot and humid Sun to test my heat resistance.
The actual temperature was 95° degrees Fahrenheit (35° Celsius) with no breeze and doing the workout directly in the Sun, without shade of any kind. The heat index was 101°, so you know it was quite hot.
Ever since going 100% raw I've noticed that I tolerate heat better than people on a cooked food diet. To me it literally feels 7 to 10 degrees cooler than in my cooked food days.
It has to reach the 90's and high humidity before I really even notice the heat and even then I have some kind of built in air conditioner keeping me incredibly cool while everyone else is wilting and complaining about the heat.
I started the day by doing 210 of my Lightning Speed Exercises in a row. Now that is difficult enough as it is for most people.
In fact, beginners often have a hard time just doing 25 of these super leg, speed and endurance building exercises.
Did I do these exercises in the shade? Hell no! I wanted to test myself, I wanted to see if I really was so resistant to the hot weather. It turns out I'm virtually Sunproof.
Surprisingly, I did those 210 LSE's in a row and hardly broke a sweat afterwards.
Now if you think that's cool, (no pun intended) I did two more workouts in the sun later that same day. The next workout was about 17 minutes of doing Heavy Hands which is an aerobic and muscle building workout with light weights in your hands.
I was using 6-pound weights. Again I did the workout and always in the sun. I wanted to be in the sun to build-up my tan and get an infusion vitamin D the natural way.
Again the heat index at this time was near 100°. I did my Heavy Hands and again barely broke a sweat. I felt great, went inside to do some work and then later in the evening took a walk and did some exercises on the walk.
One of the exercises I did on the walk to the park was my Muscle Blaster routine but adapted for chin-ups. This is another intense exercise and I did it fully in the sun without shade. By this time of day the sun wasn't as intense, but I don't really know any people who could have lasted doing these exercise challenges in such blistering heat.
I have a friend of mine I go on walks with, he's fine if the weather is in the 70's. But get into the mid 80's and he can barely walk anymore. The heat and humidity totally destroy him. What a shame and that's mostly because of his cooked food diet.
If you eat a 100% raw food diet or even if you just eat a lot of raw fruits, you will notice that you tolerate and actually enjoy the heat. Plus if you eat this way, you might find like my good friend Mitch that you start looking forward to exercising.
Yes eating raw makes you want to exercise. How great is that?
If you eat a raw food diet or what is really our natural diet, the sun won't bother you. You'll knock the Sun out yourself and barely break a sweat doing so. In fact, it will feel like you have ice in your veins compared to what you used to feel like on hut, humid and sweltering days.
At least this is what happens to the majority of people who go raw. But you have to be of the fruit eating variety of raw foodist i.e. follow the Optimal Raw Food Diet as I teach it. It doesn't work nearly as well for the high fat or Hollywood raw food dieters. Those nuts and seeds will actually raise your body temperature.
Foods such as bananas and citrus fruit are cooling foods. Eat enough of them and you'll make yourself Sunproof.
Fighting off the high heat of the sun is one of my raw food superpowers. Even on a hot day like the other day, I can barely feel it on my skin. It's such an advantage in sports. Being able to keep cool makes you more efficient.
It's like having a car with a giant motor and that needs two radiators to keep it cool. Well I now have an extra radiator to keep me cool under the most strenuous of circumstances.
So if you want to get in great shape, without the need to waste time and gasoline going to a gym, then why not reserve your very own copy of my Lightning Speed Fitness Program.
Heck, it's ultra time and energy efficient. It's the greenest and most environmentally conscious fitness program possible. Why waste time driving to a gym to do your workout and then later laying out in the sun. You can forget the drive and just go outside and do your workout in the sun.
You kill two birds with one stone and you won't get ripped off on ridiculous gas prices. And if you start consuming a raw food diet, you'll be able to do the exercises in the Lightning Speed Fitness Program on the hottest days and barely break a sweat.
