How to Get Strength and Power

Moving to a new home is an incredible hassle and disruption.

And each time I do it, it totally takes me off my schedule and routine. I get set back at least 2 weeks.

One thing that moving to Mexico has done is get me completely off my normal spiritual routine. I’ve not been doing my daily spiritual exercises in the morning (except for one day a couple of days ago). Yes I have been doing my Divine Power Attunement but I lose the power aspect of it if I don’t also do my daily spiritual exercise in the morning.

(I’m thinking I need [and want to] to do it at least twice a day now)

And you know what?

I’ve been suffering for it big time.

I’ve been starting to see and feel the negativity creep back into my life. I started noticing myself getting angry more easily. I also started noticing fears creeping into my awareness that were not there before. Something major was missing from my life.

Basically, my level of LIGHT, LOVE and POWER was dropping.

Just a little while ago I finished my morning spiritual exercise and boy do I feel a million times better. It’s like I’ve been neglecting my best friend. No it’s not “like” I’ve been neglecting my best fried, I have been neglecting the real me the real source of power in my life.

So a lesson learned.

I have to remember my priorities. It’s so easy to get enticed into doing other things first in the morning like checking my email, reading the news or even spending time with my kids. Before I know it the whole day goes by and then I didn’t do my spiritual exercise.

But those things don’t bring me the incredible strength and power that the Divine Light does.

I mean, I’m a totally different person than I was yesterday by just doing a 42 minute spiritual exercise or meditation. The power of the LIGHT is unbelievable.

At first I couldn’t feel the power of the light. But about 20 minutes into it the power started flowing again. Or at least I was able to start feeling it again.

And the same can be said with fitness, business and your diet when it comes to doing your daily practice.

One of the most important daily disciplines in my life is that I make and eat at least one Savory Veggie Stew to start my dinner meal. And sometimes I make my whole dinner meal of about 3 or more servings of Savory Veggie Stews. (Which by the way is a great way to cut calories down dramatically.)
