[Major Self-Help Breakthrough] Improves Your Life in 5 Seconds

“How to INSTANTLY Neutralize Negative Beliefs That Are Ruining Your Life”

The other day I was sent an email by one of our Superbeing Club members Larry about certain self-help technique.

Funny thing I never quite heard of this one.

Although it’s very similar to Magic Questions “that I have written about and used for years” but with a twist.

What you’re really doing is replacing the idea of doing AFFIRMATIONS with something much more believable and hence it actually works.

The problem with affirmations is that for most people they just don’t work.

In case you don’t know, affirmations are simply positive statements about yourself. The intention of these affirmations are to change your self-image and to help you attract into your life the things you desire.

For example, you could say to yourself “I am a millionaire” and repeat it to yourself twenty times or more a day. (You say it even though you’re unemployed and living with your parents.)

Or you might affirm “I’m at my perfect weight.” (Even though you are 100 pounds overweight.)

Of course, most people end up giving up using affirmations because their affirmations go against their beliefs about themselves. And saying affirmations that challenge deeply held beliefs will cause intense anger, pain and frustration.

Affirmations will never work until you change your self-image first. If you don’t believe what you’re saying then repeating it 10,000 times won’t help you to believe it either. It will only make you frustrated and angry because you are lying to yourself and you know it.

So here are some examples of how to use “The 5-Second Belief Buster (BB).”

There’s really not much to the technique.

But NEVER underestimate it because of it’s simplicity. It is incredibly powerful when used regularly.

[Now, don’t you read this and use it one or two days and then forget about it like I did until recently. You should be using the BB daily for the rest of your life or as long as you have negative beliefs about your own potential or problems in your life.]

The BB technique is similar to affirmations but done in the form of a specific kind of question. I have also added a different way you can phrase the question and get great results. With the main point of changing our habitual and usually subconscious negative beliefs.

It’s the constant subconscious repetition of these disempowering beliefs about ourselves that keep us from achieving our dreams.

The reason the BB technique works so well is because it changes your habitual focus from your supposed limitations to what you actually want to achieve.

And this results in a HUMONGOUS DIFFERENCE. You’ll start to feel an immediate change (in how you feel) towards the positive. Gone will be the frustration and angst that is keeping you stuck, wallowing in your own misery.

And when you feel great and are focused on solutions instead of struggling with problems you automatically start generating those solutions and life becomes a joy instead of a major pain in the arse.

Let me give you an example of a typical disempowering belief held by many people.

Let’s say you’ve been struggling for years with trying to lose weight.

You’ve tried virtually every diet program there is.

At times you’ve trimmed down but eventually you gain it all back and then some. You’ve got the Yo-Yo diet problem.

However, the real problem is you’re habitually thinking thoughts like this.

“Being fat runs in my family.”

“I gain weight so easily.”

“I have no discipline or willpower when it comes to food.”

These would be your disempowering beliefs “if the above happen to be thoughts and feelings that you repeat to yourself over and over again.”

And realize that virtually everyone has at least some negative beliefs about their own capabilities. A negative belief about leanerizing is simply one example. And in almost all cases these beliefs are actually false.

I have such negative beliefs about myself as well. But I’m changing them by using The Five Second Belief Buster (BB).

* A Surprising Way the BB Technique Helped Me *

In fact, it has already helped me.

The other night I had a real problem falling asleep for some reason I just wasn’t that tired even though I should have been. So I ended staying up until a little past 5am. Even though I was trying to sleep (lights out) at 12:30am.

(NOTE: Presently, I sleep a LOT better these day since I do “Grounding” or “Earthing” regularly.)

Of course, this messed up my whole schedule.

Anyways the next night I went to bed earlier but still rather late. And I woke up around 7am to go to the bathroom and didn’t fall right back to sleep even though I needed more sleep.

For some reason I wasn’t overly tired so I decided to check my email.

But after about being up for an hour I realized I was getting tired.

Yet normally I’d be thinking to myself, there’s no way I’m going to fall back asleep now. That’s because daylight was shining already. And normally if I wait too long I find it hard to go back to sleep (even if I’m quite tired) during the bright and sunny morning and or midday hours.

So that was my limiting belief, that I can not fall asleep during the daylight hours even if I’m really tired unless I have a totally darkened room. (Which I did not have at the time.)

What did I do?

I simply made up a Magic Question based on the BB technique.

I asked myself.

That is all I allowed myself to focus on was that Magic Question (while I was lying in bed) which is a question designed in a specific way to help you overcome disempowering beliefs instantly. And sure enough I fell asleep rather quickly and slept enough so that I could be productive throughout the rest of the day.

And quite frankly it has been a highly productive day for me as a result of using the Belief Buster technique.

Some other BB Magic Questions I’ve been asking myself are these.

“Why am I such a whiz at time management?”

“Why is it that I can easily crank out inspiring emails one after the other in 10 to 15 minutes each?”

So I was asking myself similar BB’s like this throughout the day and getting really excited.

At the very least it made me WANT to be more efficient and productive. Simply by restating the habitual and subconscious negative questions I ask myself.

Instead of telling myself how much I suck at time management (the normal chatter in playing in my subconscious radio station at the time) I stated the above instead. And as if by magic I was no longer telling myself subconsciously “I suck at time management.”

So who cares if I changed the negative subconscious chatter playing in my mind?

It’s because it made me more productive that very same day.

I started asking myself better questions and thinking of solutions instead of assuming that I just sucked at time management. That was just a false belief based on false evidence. There have been many times in my life where I was very good if not excellent at time management. But I deleted those times from my mind and was constantly focusing on my negative experiences and therefore repeating day after day poor time management skills.

Poor time management was all because of believing false things about myself.

It’s amazing the destructive power of disempowering beliefs. And also how easy it is to turn it around with “The 5-Second Belief Buster.”

[NOTE: These days I find myself a whole heck of a lot more productive then before I started using the BB technique.]
