Hot Tip Makes Exercise More Fun Than a Tornado in a Trailer Park

Below is a post I made earlier today for Lightning Speed Fitness Program forum members.

I think yer gonna find that using “The Gradualization Principle” makes exercise “more fun than rum” and even “more fun than a tornado in a trailer park.”

And by the way, it’s the exact same psychological tactic governments use to get the citizenry to give up all of their previously hard won freedoms.

Of course, it can be used for positive or negative purposes.

“The Gradualization Principle”

I just wanted to mention how and why this #30dayspeedfitnesschallenge that you are participating in may be helpful to you. (And to the rest of the forum members who are not participating — what are you waiting for?)

It’s based on what I call The Gradualization Principle. This means if you do something in the right direction every day but do it in a way that is easy for you to do, you start turning it into an ENJOYABLE habit that you wouldn’t want to stop.

So maybe you can only manage to squeeze in one minute of exercise per day for the first month.

But I suspect by month two you’ll be wanting to up your funout to at least 1 minute and 30 seconds. Because by then 1 minute will have become a habit and seem easy. And you’ll naturally want to push yourself a little more.

Of course, most people will want to start upping that first minute to something more within a week or so of starting. But if not that is ok too. Just doing a minute a day is leaps and bounds better than being completely sedentary.

You already know of course, that you can get in great shape even with the one minute workout I’ve shown you guys here in the forum.

The truth is that your mind and body actually likes getting into good habits. It just feels good to do so on a physiological and psychological level.

When you do LSE’s and or the “Five Minute Super Workout” your brain releases natural good mood drugs to encourage you to keep on doing what you’re doing and even want to do more of it.

Yet if the same person went into his first workout doing a highly intense 30-minutes and then got really sore the next day, that would almost certainly have been the last day of exercise for him.

Therefore I encourage you to always make exercise and this 30 Day Challenge fun.

That doesn’t mean you can’t exercise hard. I actually like doing workouts where I get totally winded. You can train yourself to even like doing that via the gradualization principle.

If something starts getting to a point where you’re not having fun then you should taper down or find a way to make it fun again. If you have fun exercising and if you love the way you feel and look then you are going to turn it into a lifelong habit.

And simply exercising daily not only boosts your fitness but also your confidence and self-esteem. Heck, in recent years scientists have found that new brain cells are grown when you exercise. It’s a no brainer activity that all physically capable adults should be involved in.

That is if being energetic, youthful, healthy, physically attractive, strong and even getting smarter is important to you.

If those things are not important to you, you’ll likely not continue exercising. But just by the fact that you’re in this challenge and that you bought the Lightning Speed Fitness Program leads me to believe that those above mentioned factors are indeed important to you.

So keep on with your the: #30dayspeedfitnesschallenge

Even if at first your progress seems slow.

Though it looks like a lot of you are making great progress as it is from what you’ve been telling me here about the results you’ve been seeing and feeling in your body.

After thirty days you will have established the exercise habit and you’ll very likely want to continue it.

Me personally, I actually enjoy exercise quite a bit. It feels good to me in so many ways. And of course, I love the results in strength, appearance, energy, endurance, athleticism etc.

Now if you manage to do your daily funout for 2 months straight, it’s extremely likely you’ll turn this into a lifelong habit that you never want to give up. Especially when you realize that you can even get a great workout done in 1 to 5 minutes of time if need be with the “Five Minute Super Workout” that I’ve shown you how to do here on the forum.

And I also want to congratulate members who’ve already completed days 10, 11, 12 and or 13 of their daily workouts. I know you must be feeling very good about yourselves.

I know that I feel great even when I do only my stated daily minimum.

Nothing feels better than taking care of yourself and or being creative and outflowing on a consistent basis.

Wishing you continued success during our 30 Day Speed Fitness Challenge.
