Recently I’ve been watching a whole heck of a lot of fitness shmexperts on Youtube giving their advice on the best ab exercise routine ever developed.
And how to melt belly blubber in just 6 minutes a day or what have you.
But the thing is, in the gazillions of videos I’ve seen, not anyone is doing an exercise that even comes close to working like “Two Second Abs”. Basically they’re recommending ab exercises from the stone ages.

Who in the hell has time to do even 10 or 30 different ab exercises in a day?
I know I sure as heck don’t.
