This is really embarrassing for me to admit…

There's something I've been struggling with for years. It's not a huge problem for me and maybe that's why I never fully solve it. Most people don't have an issue with this at all.

Sometimes I make great progress but then one thing or another messes me up. I always have an excuse. Many times I thought I had it licked. But this is something I need to be kept to the fire with.

Want to see what it is?

Want to get more intimate with me? See what I'm doing at various times throughout my day.

Maybe see what I'm really eating. Who knows what kinds of crazy things I'll be talking about. But I want to share it with you and get to know you better.

So come on down and check out my Twitter page. You can follow what I'm up to during the day in very brief (140 characters of text) snippets.

Also why not join me on Facebook? I've figured out that site is pretty useful after all. I've been able to make contacts with friends and memories from my childhood. Actually, there's much more than that too it, as I'm slowly coming to realize.

You can see my Facebook profile at the link below. Why not add me as a friend?

Cheers,

Just got back from a solid week of snow skiing in the Australian Southern Alp. I must say that the effects of my raw food diet were quite impressive as I ski for 3 or 4 hours at a time and all day with a short break for lunch. At 66 I felt very comfortable and nowhere near as fatigued as many who were less than one third of my age. I did not eat raw at the snowfields because there are no facilities but I impressed my two instructors enough for them to check out my healthybodychurch website.

Great! Intersting to get insights in the daily life of Roger Haeske. :)

I remember Kevin Gianni linked to his Twinker account on his homepage and I checked it out. It was just so unintersting. I'm honestly not so interested in what he does and what happends in his everyday life. So I thought why bother with that?

Sure it's interesting to get some glimpses in other people's lifes, but for me they have to be interstering if I'm going to keep reading. You have to have an interest in the person in question, it has to be someone that matters to YOU! I'm interested in reading about what happens in your real life. So I think this is a great idea.

Great that you can add the entries to RSS. I've added your Twitter account to my RSS-reader. That way you don't have to go to the website everytime you want to read some snippets, I just read it in my mail programs (Mozilla Thunderbird).

Don't know about FaceBook though. It creeps me out a bit that they pretty much own you. They own all the rights to your personal material. Google "facebook" and look it up for yourself. It's a shame. People don't read through the contract of course.

But MySpace doesn't own the rights as FaceBook does. I even saw Dr. Graham there! There's a whole bunch of raw foodists there too. I looked up Roger Haeske but no luck. What about signing up there? I'm signing up there now. Erik

PS. John, this is the comment section for this blog post. You didn't write anything that had to do with it. It was interesting to read though! :)

[RH: Thanks for your comments Erik. I won't however be using Myspace as I don't like it at all. Too much spam associated with it as well. And as for owning my content. I don't really care since I barely write anything on Facebook anyway. Facebook is more of a way of interacting with people for me and not a place to generate content.]

Hey Roger, hey guys.

Just wanted to let you know that you can find me at MySpace and add me as a friend at http://www.myspace.com/erikhagersjo.

If you have a MySpace-account, or FaceBook, Twitter etc., why don't you post it here too? ;)

Erik
