Mirror, mirror on the wall which is the fattest state of all?

Well I just read some very ‘interesting’ statistics.

What state in the USA do you think there are the most obese people?

Well I’m sorry to say if you live there but West Virginia.


Now what state do you think had the leanest Americans?

That would be Colorado. Awe shucks it wasn’t Arizona.


Now that’s not the most interesting part.

Guess which of our 50 states people exercise the least?

Hmm let me think about this one.

A duh… it’s West Virginia.


Now which state do the people exercise the most?

Let me think… This is a tough one.

No it’s not dunderhead. It’s Colorado.


Though in truth even I was surprised by the direct correlation between the level of exercise and the obesity levels of the US states.

Now I bet you dollar for fat laden donut that I could get the exercise rate up way higher in slovenly West Virginia if I showed them the easy as pie “Lazy Pig System 10”.

For this is a system of exercise that you never, ever strain yourself and yet you will make much faster gains in strength and fitness than with no pain, no gain fitness philosophy that most folks who exercise are suffering with.

Imagine never getting sore.

And your workouts are generally only 10 minutes long or less.

Plus you can exercise in the privacy of your own home. So even West Virginianites that don’t exercise because they’re embarrassed of showing their bodies in the gym have no more excuse.
