You know it’s hard to believe but I’ve been 99.88% raw for nearly 1/3rd of my life.
And today is my 16th Anniversary of going all raw on August 30, 2001.
So I got to thinking, what is the most important thing I’ve learned in my raw journey?
And after deeply contemplating this for a couple of minutes it’s this…
Eating raw makes me REALLY HAPPY!
One of the reasons it makes me happy is because it gives me so many advantages over the average person unknowingly destroying their health and rapidly aging themselves with cooked food.
I mean how many 50 year olds look like this?
Most areas of my life have improved dramatically by going raw.
At this point, I couldn’t imagine living any other way.
Heck, I don’t even miss the taste of cooked food anymore. I’m totally comfortable and happy eating raw.
Of course, I had to learn many things to get to that point.
My first big breakthrough in making raw eating taste delicious, was coming up with the concept of “Savory Veggie Stews” well over a decade ago and over 4,000 customers later. That made it so that I could double my greens intake while having SAVORY flavors like I was used to eating in my previous cooked food dinners.
I mean imagine your salads tasting almost meaty and yet not having any rotting animal carcases as an ingredient. Especially with the “Beefy Bone Builder Stew” recipe but there are so many other cool ones like the “Pizza Stew” and “Japanese Stew.”
SVS totally makes eating super nutrient rich greens and cruciferous veggies a fun and exciting adventure. And I have a boatload of people who agree with me.
That was a HUGE breakthrough for me and for the raw food community at large and I still make Savory Veggie Stews to start my dinner just about every night of the week.
Another MEGA breakthrough was the concept of Savory Raw Carbs that I came up with about 5 years ago or so.
With Savory Raw Carbs (including the Anticraver Secrit Recipe) I know can fill myself with carbohydrates that aren’t sweet. Instead of being limited to just eating fatty foods to get my savory fix, I now can do it with a whole variety of much healthier low fat foods.
What I usually do is start my raw dinner with Savory Veggie Stews and finish it up with the Anticraver Secrit Recipe.

Getting over cooked food addiction is a total life changer.
And if it also tastes good then why not actually take the plunge and go raw? I think if you don’t you’ll regret it for the rest of your life. Like I see the horrible health and beauty deterioration that’s happening to friends and family of mine.
They still have this archaic notion that you should poison yourself by cooking your food first.
How could so many billions of people be so fooled? It’s just astonishing to me.
Because people who are eating cooked food are just falling apart healthwise. Not to mention that cooked food has fear vibrations in it (leading to depression and not being able to deal with the challenges of life) and it uglifies the body big time.
In fact, I’m quite astonished more people aren’t raw.
It sad to see so many people completely asleep.
But maybe I can wake up a few more to the good life.
For I can 100% assure you that going to the bar and your favorite Mexican or Thai restaurant is NOT the good life.
It’s the Hell Life.
