Regrow Brain Cells, Increase Memory & Creativity with this Simple Activity…
"Use it or lose it."
I used to believe that you couldn't regrow brain cells. Recent studies have proven this a scientific myth. Certain parts of the brain do indeed grow new brain cells or neurons.
Not only that but several studies have shown you can strengthen many different parts of the brain through "physical exercise". Vigorous exercise can actually make you smarter, increase your creativity and memory. This is a powerful tip to stop the onslaught of dementia and senility.
For instance, in a 2007 study, German researchers found that students learned vocabulary words 20% faster by exercising just before learning as opposed to not exercising.
In fact, there's a very important learning component in the brain that gets released in the hippocampus area of the brain called brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF). BDNF actually builds the infrastructure or cell circuitry in the brain.
The more you exercise the more you release BDNF in certain areas of the brian. BDNF sprinkled on neurons in a Petri dish automatically made the cells grow new branches, which produced the same structural growth needed for learning.
The more connections and branches your neurons have basically the smarter you become.
Ok then, enough of this technical talk. The basic premise to staying young, smart, creative and keeping your memory is this one idea…
>>> Use It Or Lose It <<<
The more you move and the faster you move, the younger you'll actually be. If you want to be like you were when you were 15 years old then you need to move and laugh as if you were 15 years old.
This is one of my top anti-aging secrets. It's great to see how science has backed this up.
You can make just about any part of your body grow, not just your muscles. But the funny thing is how much smarter people who exercise are compared to sedentary people. The idea of the dumb jock has been proven wrong. Exercise doesn't make you stupid it makes you smarter. It grows your brain bigger and makes it easier to learn and actually increases creativity.
Vigorous exercise is so important to your sense of happiness, energy levels and overall well-being. If you're not moving fast and exercising on a regular basis, you're slowly aging yourself. The brain gets stimulated and built by physical movement and of course by thinking and other brain related activities as well.
Harvard researchers have discovered that experienced meditators actually have bigger brains. Brain scans conducted show that experienced meditators had increased thickness in parts of the brain that deal with attention and processing sensory input.
This is an area of the brain that actually gets thinner in older people. But the interesting thing was that the older and more experienced meditators had this part of the brain being thickest compared to the younger meditators.
What do most "old" people have in common? They move very slowly. The slower they move the slower their mind moves as well.
So get out there and do some Lightning Speed Exercises, Superman Push-ups, Wall Walking or Lightning Aerobics (http://LightningSpeedFitness.com) for 15 minutes to start your day and you'll actually be increasing your intelligence, memory, warding off senility and possibly even Alzheimer's Disease.
I know for myself I've found I have increased energy levels throughout my day when I start off with a vigorous morning workout. And my brain seems to be working pretty darn well if I say so myself.

The 41-Year-Old Teenager
P.S. There is a certain kind of exercise that improves the function of other parts of your brain besides the hippocampus. The area of the brain this works on is the cerebellum. While doing aerobic exercise or even muscle building exercise is good, you are not nearly building your brain to its fullest potential.
However, Lightning Speed Fitness Program owners will soon know exactly what kind of exercises to do to strengthen this part of the brain, which increases learning capacity and memory even further. I'll be sending out an email to anyone who's on the LSFP customer email list on Friday afternoon.

P.P.S. How would you like to have your own money-making health or fitness related website? Heck you could even have the website and practically the whole business built for you. I have this program and it's really excellent and step-by-step. Nothing is left to the imagination.

Crazy. I am working on a video series about Health and I opened the internet to work on my video and up comes my email. I open your email (as I always do) and it says "Use it or Lose it". I swear, that was the screen shot of my movie that I was working on right before I opened your email. Crazy!! By the way this portion of my video happens to be about exercise.
Well, Roger, you feature quite prominently in another part of my video series that has already been uploaded and is receiving very positive response.
If anyone is interested in checking it out, you can search 'The Healing Praxis' at YouTube and watch the portion that is already uploaded.
We can heal the world. That is my goal. It's so simple.
Thanks to Roger for all his wisdom.
Peace.
Dear Roger,
This is a wonderful article. I wish school adminstrators would realize this and make appropriate changes in how to structure the school dau so that kids are getting enough exercise. Not just for the physical improvement but for learning optimization as well.
thanks
Nancy
