18 Ways To Feel Like SUPERMAN

I hope you’re having an amazing day. I want to share something really cool that inspired me today.

This morning I just finished doing my Push-Up Blaster routine and I thought to myself I really feel like Superman right now.

While not all of these activities will necessarily make you feel like Superman they will at the very least make you feel FANTASTIC and give you a natural high.

*** 18 Ways to Feel Like Superman ***

1. Do a hard Push-up workout like I do in my Push-Up Blaster Program. The workout I did this morning lasted precisely 3 minutes and 33 seconds.

2. Wear cool clothing that you really love like I did today with my Adidas warm-up suit that seems like it comes from the 1970’s.

3. Do a very strenuous kind of exercise like the Youth Restorer. When you really push yourself and get your heart pumping and you start huffin and puffin like there’s not enough air in on the entire planet.

It just gives you a natural high via an endorphin rush and makes you feel proud of your accomplishment.

4. Achieve a Personal Best:

Today as I was doing my Youth Restorer I really pushed myself and achieved my best time this year. It was 33:32 seconds. I’ve still got a way to go to beat my 32 second time from last year.

But by having goals to shoot for it gives me positive momentum.

5. Keep an Exercise Journal

My exercise journal keeps me on my toes and looking forward. By writing down my best times and or how many repetitions I did of a certain exercise it keeps me motivated to do even better.

Sure some days I do worse, but this keeps me focused on the goal. If you want to get faster results with your exercise program then make sure to get a regular notebook and jot down what exercises you did that day.

6. Do a Visualization, Meditation or Prayer

If you do this daily you’ll start to notice a certain power behind it. Eventually if you choose positive and powerful images you’ll actually start to feel like Superman.

You’ll start having a tremendous power flow of spiritual energy. It will give you a natural high and uplift your spirits and that of the people around you.

7. Do a Good Deed

Have you ever done something nice for someone? How did you feel afterwards?

I bet you felt like a million bucks. Take the time every now and then to do something nice for someone.

Do it out of the kindness of your heart with no expectation of reward and see if you don’t feel great after doing that.

You may notice that your sense of self expands beyond the confines of your head and body when you do such selfless service from time to time.

8. Walk, Talk and Act as if YOU ARE SUPERMAN

Why don’t you try this out for a few hours?

Try pretending that you are Superman. Imagine yourself being bullet proof, able to leap tall buildings in a single bound and being the hero of the planet. Imagine that you can fly and that you have the purest character.

How would you walk if you were Superman?

How would you talk if you were Superman?

How would you act if you were Superman?

You may be surprised at how you feel. Let your imagination loose because it has a power of which you may not know of. In a recent email I discussed that I believe that imagination is a real and ultra powerful force.

Tune into the greatest part of yourself via your imagination. Whether it’s being Superman or a spiritual saint or whatever person inspires you the most, just become that person in your imagination.

9. Serve a Higher Cause

This is similar to doing a good deed. And again it involves the imagination. Imagine yourself serving doing every action, deed and thought in service to whatever cause you believe in.

For me it would be serving the idea or principle that everyone is a Superbeing. My mission on this planet is to help as many people as possible realize their infinite potentials.

What is your cause?

Realize that even if you don’t touch people directly you can simply in your imagination affect the people around you. For we are all like sending and receiving radio stations.

Our high-minded thoughts go out into the world and improve and cleanse it. When you serve a cause higher than yourself, you escape the limitations of your ego and you expand into a higher plane of personal power and magnetism.

  1. Roger, your mini workout ideas are fabulous! They leave you with an amazing amount of energy, and never leave you burned out! This is the only way to work out! Never will I exhaust myself with long, tedious, draining workouts again!
