Why the Farg Can't I Stop Eating?
"How I Actually Removed the 'Physical Desire' to Eat an Avocado Late Last Night with my Imagination"
"Or: How I Filled up my Stomach with IMAGINATION Instead of Avocado"
Doesn't it really annoy the living crap out of you when you're trying to lose the whale blubber around your midsection and thighs that you keep on eating more than you need?
You know it's not going to help you reach your dream body goals and yet you still eat. Or you eat foods that you know are bad for you despite your best intentions.
Same thing happens to people wanting to go on a Raw Food Diet. They know they should be eating 100% raw, but they can't beat their cravings for cooked food no matter how hard they try.
Last night I did a little observational experiment with myself. Boy did that reveal some Mt. Everest like insights on the nature of desire and how to obliterate physical desires for food by simply using your mind in the right way.
Lately I've been actually trying to drop a few pounds of excess body butter around my mid-section.
Not that I'm overweight by any stretch of the imagination. But I'm coming out with a new product in which I'm going to be showing off my abs.
Of course, even without my efforts you can already see my six-pack. But I want to look absolutely shredded and so for that to happen I've got to shed a few pounds or more.
So anyway, late last night I decided to have an avocado.
Mind you, I was already on a day where I had under eaten significantly maybe 500 to 750 calories less than the day before including that avocado. I've been using a combination of 12 different natural strategies (including eating certain foods) to reduce my appetite without willpower.
By the way, I'll be sharing these natural and 100% healthy, appetite suppressing strategies as a 41-minute audio bonus for people who buy my Instant Energy Exercises program next week during the launch.

Before I ate that avocado, my plan was to only eat 1 avocado (avo). I figured that would fill me up and I'd be fine.
So I ate that one as a mono-meal and it was delicious. I was quite satisfied — but only for about 15 to 20 minutes before my appetite kicked in again.
So I was doing some work on my desktop computer and contemplating eating that avocado. On some — weak level — I knew I really shouldn't eat it.
But I didn't have any firm reason not to. Generally, if I feel hungry I eat.
I don't try to deprive myself because I know in the long run that doesn't work. Willpower doesn't work over the long haul.
But I decided to get a bit more conscious about the process. I actually paid attention to what it felt like to be hungry.
What did this feeling feel like?
How strong was this feeling and so on?
Then I wanted to see if I could make myself actually not want to eat that 2nd avocado. What would I have to do to physically remove that desire for the avo so I wouldn't have to fight myself over not eating it?
And I also wondered why I was even allowing myself to eat that second avo.
One of the points I'm trying to make to you is that we most often fulfill our desires on a subconscious level without much awareness at all.
We go and grab the junk food and don't know why we're doing it.
Just putting some conscious awareness on your feelings can make a VOLCANIC difference in your ability to control or even redirect your desires.
In my journal I hand wrote 2 pages of feelings and conclusions I came to from this process.
One of my processes was to logically reason with myself as to why I didn't really need to eat that avocado.
"Note I still had the desire to eat it at this time."
But when I "consciously" realized that I had eaten enough last night that opened me to think of a way to erase my current and rather strong desire for the avo.
Before that on a subconscious level I was just picturing in my mind how good that avocado would feel in my mouth and later in my stomach.
I had an absolute one-track mind.
But then by shedding the light of consciousness on the situation something really amazing happened.
I instantly got the desire to beat the desire to have the avocado. I wanted to master myself. I wanted to fill the current pit in my stomach with a higher power.
And lo and behold it happened. And it happened
INSTANTLY
As soon as I had that new desire, it immediately overpowered the former desire for the avocado.
All of the physical sensations of hunger went away in an instant.
It was incredible.
So what was the key?
What is the power that anyone has that can obliterate physical desires?
It's simply replacing it with a STRONGER DESIRE.
Your actions are ALWAYS controlled by the strongest desire in that moment.
All you have to do is refocus your mind on something you want more than the avocado and soon enough you'll forget it.
Parents might understand this next analogy.
What do many parents do to stop bad behavior from their child?
They redirect their attention to something else.
For instance, our little Andrew might be crying because he's been put in the shopping cart seat when he really wants to run wild all over the supermarket.
But we know that causes too much trouble and he sometimes break things. So instead Karmyn will find him a balloon or some toy or gadget to play with while he's in the shopping cart.
This works virtually all of the time. Eventually Andrew forgets his previous desire and is no happy and engrossed with his new toy.
I did the exact same thing with myself.
I gave myself a new toy in my imagination. I got really excited about mastering my appetite.
I actually felt a white light come into my awareness and fill the place where the former avocado desire was.
And that white light was also in the form of an idea or thought. I tuned into the Spiritual Warrior inside of me and unleashed a dynamic power that was much greater than my physical desire.
Now here's the exciting news. Because I ate lightly yesterday and because I also didn't eat that avocado, I lost a full pound of weight today.
I still have 4 more pounds to lose for my goal weight, but I making steady progress. Most days I'm going down, but not all of them. So long as the general pattern is down I'm happy.
I'm that much closer to my goal.
So I hope this gave you some insights and distinctions for stopping yourself from overeating or eating junk foods or helping you to break any addiction you have.
Now get up and do some exercise,

P.S. Keep in mind what I've been describing to you above is not exactly a new experience for me.
I've been using these kinds of mental and spiritual strategies for years to break bad habits and addictions. What was so shocking was how quickly and completely the desire for that avocado was quenched and replaced by such a simple mind-shift.
In fact, my book, "Think and Go Raw." has 33 such strategies that you can use to break any addiction and specifically to help people to overcome cooked food addiction.
Check out http://ThinkandGoRaw.com/book.htm
P.P.S. There's much more that I learned from this one single episode. Especially the importance of having rules in place and or some way to consciously replace the desire.
For if you don't know it's something you're trying NOT to do, then you won't stop yourself.
I'll be going into that in more detail on an exclusive bonus program for people who get my upcoming Instant Energy Exercises program. Which will, by the way, be available next week.
You can get the Instant Energy Exercises at the lowest price possible by signing up for my early bird announcement list at:

P.P.P.S. On this two-part video, I demonstrate two of the Instant Energy Exercises and talk about the dangers of coffee. Check me and No-No Boy out at Starbucks.
