Which Exercises Increase Wealth?
I bet you didn't think you could become wealthy from exercising. Then again, maybe you thought these would be mental exercises of some kind.
Then again, even physical exercise is a mental exercise. You have to use your mind as well when you're doing physical exercise.
So let me tell you why and how physical exercise can help you earn a lot more money. There are numerous reasons, but here's one that's not so obvious.
Exercise can actually improve your time management. Yes indeed, it has for me and it can do so for you as well. I've noticed that on days where I'm not getting so much done if I then go out and exercise I feel a sense of accomplishment and I start thinking about wanting to work again and be super productive.
This happened to me last night. For one thing, I wasn't that much in the mood to exercise either. But I did my exercise and as I started doing more exercise, I started feeling better. Then I started thinking about things that I wanted to work on.
Now for the kind of physical exercises that work the best for this. Well it doesn't matter too much really. The key is… they have to be fast. Your mind and body are in the same vessel or container.
If you want your mind to move fast, then you need to move your body fast. Even if you just walk really fast, you'll energize and inspire your mind to being more active. It actually clears your head to a new level.
Without exercising, you might not feel like doing anything. But I can tell you there has been many a day when I was not productive during the day but I started exercising later on and then I wanted to work to the wee hours of the morning.
I just had ideas flowing through me constantly. Ideas that I felt compelled to work on.
But if I had instead chosen to sit down and watch the Tee Vee, then I would have been screwed. That would have lead to time management hell. I would have vegetated on the couch and you could have kissed the extra productivity good buy.
So if you want to increase your time management which in turn will increase your output then you should consider moving fast. Try running, skipping, walking briskly and or doing any kind of exercises that gets you huffing and puffing. Try running a 50 yard sprint or two and you'll feel like a new man or woman.
Stop rotting away on the couch and get moving. Move your body, move your mind and watch the dollars role in.
You see when you become more productive, you automatically become more valuable to your company. You'll be more likely to get a raise or at least more likely to keep your job. But as you increase productivity you'll also be more attractive to your employers competitors.
If you're in business for yourself then you already know that increased work completed means increased money. There's just know doubt about that fact.
But there's another factor. Exercising gives you a natural high, a super motivational energy. It won't just make you more productive it can help you generate multi-million dollar ideas. It can spur your creativity.
When you're creative and better at managing your time, you'll be making a double money making whammy. I know from personal experience how valuable ideas are. I make my living by sharing valuable and life changing ideas with people.
