What Is The Real Cause Of Colds?
Do you want to know the real cause of colds and the flu? I can tell you right off the bat it isn't GERMS. That's an old fairy tale.
Read below as I'm sharing an email I sent to Denis regarding this. Denis and I have been working on a project together and he told me he was falling behind because he was very sick.
I don't get sick anymore and I know what the true cause of a cold really is. So I figured I'd let him know he doesn't ever have to have a cold again. This method to stop colds has already been proven by hundreds if not thousands of people.

Hi Denis,
Well sleep and rest are often the best medicines. And certainly not getting enough sleep can leave you vulnerable to a cold.
I used to get several colds a year and now I don't get any colds. I haven't had the flu in over 10 years.
I also used to work with children daily as a tennis instructor. But as long as I ate properly, I never got a cold, no matter how sick the kids I was dealing with or other people were. I know many other people who eat the same as me who've gotten the exact same results. They just don't get sick anymore.
You simply won't get cold symptoms if you are clean inside. A cold is your body's way of clearing out the excess toxins or internal garbage.
It goes something like this. If you don't put garbage on your curb, the garbage man won't come to your house. Same thing with germs. They can only make you sick (come to your house) if you have garbage (or toxins) that need to be gotten rid of.
If one eats a pure diet there is no garbage and therefore the germs (or garbage men) won't come. They won't come because they have nothing to feed on. Nothing to attract them to you. Therefore, germs are not the cause of the common cold they are simply attracted to the garbage left over in your body from a toxic diet.
And virtually all diets and nutritional programs fall into the toxic diet category.
The cause of the common cold therefore is an accumulation of excess garbage in your body. Remember, germs are not the cause they are the effect of garbage in your system.
If you eat foods that aren't a natural part of the human diet, you'll start to collect excess garbage and mucous deposits in your body. Dairy products and grains residues create the perfect feeding grounds for generating a cold or the flu.
If one eats a natural diet. Then the toxic load drops tremendously. This allows your body to fully detoxify itself with ease and therefore you get no more colds. The diet I've been using to avoid colds and flus is the Optimal Raw Food Diet.
Raw fruits and vegetables are our natural foods. Limited quantities of nuts and seeds are ok as well. A raw food diet is one of the greatest cure-alls or panaceas known to humankind. hi,
i currently have a cold even though i have been eating 50% raw and eat mostly fruit, vegetables and grains. i am thinking of cutting out the grains because i do find them mucous forming. you mentioned in this article they are mucous forming which gives me more confidence in not eating them anymore. what other damage do grains do to the human body?
you also mentioned you cured depression and panic attacks with doing raw. do you need to be 100% to get this benefit? i find i get anxiety problems and have panic attacks a couple of times a year. the hard thing about anxiety is not knowing if it's just anxiety or it's going to be a panic attack and my way of dealing with this in the past was to drink alcohol to calm myself down. i don't want to do this anymore. i want to feel confident and healthy.
what suggestions do you have? i am all ears!
