Did you know you can even do Lazy Fitness exercises while brushing your teeth?
I’m going to share with you one of those exercises.
Think about this, when you normally go to brush your teeth you’re standing up straight. It doesn’t take much fitness to do that.
If you want to get in more of a workout you should make things difficult for yourself. This way you can brush your teeth and get in some extra exercise at the same time.
Try bending your knees about 90 degrees whilst you’re brushing your teeth. If you take about 2-minutes to brush your teeth like I do then you’re more than likely going to feel a nice burn in your legs.
I also did four other types of Lazy Fitness exercises while brushing my teeth. Some of them I did at the same time that I was doing the deep knee bend.
Yes you can actually combine more than one exercise at a time to rapidly increase your muscle building and buffalo blubber melting results.
Of course, you can do other Lazy Fitness exercises while flossing.
Please let me know if you tried this exercise the next time you brush your teeth.
