Lazy Fitness at the Verizon Store

This evening I went with Karmyn to the Verizon store to return something.

While we were there waiting to get our refund processed and talking to Heather (the sales person) I did a number of Lazy Fitness exercises.

First I did a fun exercise. It was the finger battle. I literally imagine this as I’m doing it.

First I pretend (actually I said it out loud) I’m the left hand and I tell the right hand, I’m gonna kick your arse. So then I let my left hand dominate a while, but then the right hand speaks and says, “Oh yah, I’m gonna bust you up.”

Well anyway at least Karmyn and Heather thought that was funny.

That particular exercise strengthens the fingers and forearms.

Next I did one of those exercises that work a boatload of muscles at the same time. This particular one was focused on the biceps but it really works the abs and core really hard.

I used the counter at Verizon as my resistance.

I did a couple of other fun Lazy Fitness exercises as well at the Verizon store.

In fact, all throughout the evening we were in a bunch of different places and I was doing exercises of all kinds while doing my shopping. As a result I got a fantastic abdominal workout too.

Later in the evening at dinner I did Lazy Fitness for couples with Karmyn. More on that to come in a future email.

I was telling Karmyn in the Albertson’s parking lot, “If people knew about these easy Lazy Fitness exercises there’d simply be no more possible excuse not to exercise.

Because you can easily do them just about anywhere. And they’re kinda fun.

The opportunities to get fit and diesel with Lazy Fitness are almost endless.

The Lazy Fitness repertoire is a whole variety of exercises that can be done in tight places. And most of them are not body weight or calisthenic in nature.

In other words they need even less space to do than the body weight exercises in the Lightning Speed Fitness Program –http://LightningSpeedFitness.com which themselves require zilch in the way of exercise equipment, weights or a gym membership.

If you want to learn how you can start getting fit “in your spare time” while shopping, sitting, driving, walking or just about anywhere else… you’ll want to get on the Lazy Fitness Earlybird Notification List.

Even the busiest people will be able to get in shape with Lazy Fitness.

Once you’re on that private list, you’ll be emailed as soon as I release the program and that’s the only way to get it at the lowest price.

I’m thinking I should have it ready for you sometime in August.

Enjoy the Summer Weather,
