1. Make sure to give as many details as possible. We sell a number of products so please don’t assume we’ll know what you’re talking about unless you say specifically the name of the product and or the website.

2. Please include any receipt information you might have if you’re asking about a specific product you’ve purchased. If you can copy or forward your receipt as part of your email, that would be even better.

3. Include your full name and or the name of the person who may have actually paid for the product. Include the email address the product was ordered from. Many times your normal email address is not the one you end up paying with.

4. If you don’t have all of the information above then please provide as much as possible for us to help you best and most quickly.
