What about fish, eggs, dairy, beer & wine?

Below is another email I received with a series of questions regarding the soon to be opened “Antiblubber Super Healing Formula.”

I believe my responses should clear up many questions you may have as well.

RH: The diet is a high Raw Food Diet. At least 70% raw. It definitely does not require being 100% raw although in most cases the absolute best results would be achieved that way. But there are certain types of cooked foods that can work as well and keep you thin.

Eggs and dairy are an absolute no no. They are fat and disease accumulating foods for the human body. High protein is not what the human body was designed to digest and it creates all sorts of health problems via excess creation of toxins that the body cannot handle.

Humans were not designed for high protein. Consider that human mother’s milk is only 6% protein and that babies can more than triple in size in one year and you know that we don’t need a high protein diet at all.

Just look at all of the incredible health problems that people on high protein and high fat diets like the Atkins Diet have run into. That high protein stuff is one of the biggest health scams ever perpetrated on society.

High protein is horrible for the kidneys and if you have kidney problems you’re gonna have big time health problems as so many people do these days.

Wine and beer are no good either.

Most people know how fattening beer is so that should be obvious. But alcohol in general is a deadly toxin and one of the key reasons my program works so well is because we get rid of the most toxic foods and all sources of exogenous toxins. Including non dietary stuff like toxins in our cosmetics, soaps, shampoos and even toxins in the air.

If you want to get slim, vibrant, radiant and healthy you absolutely must get the toxins out of your system. And toxins come from many sources, not just foods. That’s presuming of course that your body is even eliminating toxins.

One of the reasons why so many people are so sick these days is because the internal garbage disposal system is almost completely non functioning. Their body is toxic waste dump and then they wonder why they get stuff like fibromyalgia, lupus, cancer etc.

Those fake names for diseases are really just signs of excess acids and toxins building up in the body like a garbage man’s strike with mountains of trash bags on the sidewalks of New York City. Just visualize your cells bathing in murky pool of urine and excrement (both outside and inside the cell) instead of nutrients and you’ll know why you have your so called dis-ease.

If you want to get thin and healthy the toxins simply have to go.

Any diet that proposes to be healthy and yet increases your toxic load is an absolute bunch of crap and will hurt you in the long run.

I have a client who was vegetarian for many years and then was told by some nutrition expert to go on a high protein diet to regain his libido. Well that did big time damage to his body in just six months and now he’s a Type 1 diabetic. The libido issue could have easily been handled in other ways but now he’s got himself a severe health crisis. And yet all he did was eat eggs and lots of tofu. But still it was too much for his system because it was much higher in protein than he was used to eating.

Don’t fall for the lies.

Almost everyone out there in the field of nutrition is peddling lies to justify their addictions. Most of the popular diet book plans will destroy your health and happiness.

2. Exercise-wise I am not strictly doing bodyweight exercises – though it makes up the bulk of my workouts (pushups, pull-ups, squats, lunges). I do kettlebell swings, sprints, swimming. I am experimenting with giving up jogging (or cutting down) as I have read it burns muscle – I used to do a lot before. Occasionally I do yoga (Surya Namaskar) as well. Question here is what exercise routine is required?

RH: No ejercicio required. Though I will include my Youthercise program as a bonus because it does a great job of burning blubber while also healing and rejuvenating the body big time. But that is strictly optional.

You don’t have to exercise to reach ideal body fat levels. Though of course, I do recommend exercising and I agree with you to cut down the long distance running.

3. Any particular lifestyle required? You seem to be very active/outdoors – whereas I have a desk job.

RH: You can absolutely do this with a desk job. Although any chance you have to go outside and connect with Nature will help you immensely. Yet there are ways of getting Nature’s healing energies while you’re indoors at work. Yet an outdoor lifestyle is not a requirement (optional and recommended though) for the Antiblubber program.

4. Finally, I am a little apprehensive posting comments, using social media etc. I know these are all ‘monitored’ (including this very e-mail ).

There will be no social media. The comments will be posted in a private members only area. Only other members of the program will be able to see them. I don’t like social media much myself either, nor the spying of governments on their own citizens and can very much understand where you’re coming from.


Would it be possible to share feedback with you in an alternate manner?

RH: Part of the feedback could be doing personal telephone or Skype calls as well as group teleseminars. However these calls will be recorded and likely be used for future members to learn from. So don’t reveal stuff that is private on those calls.

So yes you could potentially be getting a lot of personalized instruction from me. And this is the fastest way to learn whatever program you’re studying.

By the way he R.M. replied back and said he was still interested in participating even after I sent him my initial answers. In other words he’d have to make some major changes in his current program if he really wants to achieve vibrant health and his ideal weight.
